Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and jj17 ("jj17," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing jj17.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 To register an account on jj17, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
2.2 Each Player may hold only one registered account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a Restricted Activity under Section 7 and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
2.3 jj17 reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where jj17 has reasonable grounds to believe that account details have changed or that a Player no longer satisfies the eligibility criteria.
Age Verification: jj17 requires CNIC-based age verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. jj17 will report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj17 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.
3.2 You must notify jj17 immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. You may contact jj17 support via the contact details published on this site.
3.3 jj17 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials, or where the Player has voluntarily shared their login details with a third party.
3.4 jj17 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that is harmful to the Platform, other Players, or third parties.
3.5 Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting jj17 support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
4.1 All transactions on jj17 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jj17 does not impose currency conversion on Pakistani players, and no exchange rate markups are applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals.
4.2 The following payment methods are accepted on jj17 for deposits and withdrawals:
4.3 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated by jj17 from time to time. As a general guide, the minimum deposit is Rs 100 and the minimum withdrawal is Rs 500, though these figures are subject to change.
4.4 jj17 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, jj17 may request the Player to verify an alternative payment method.
4.5 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.6 jj17 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors or banks may apply their own transaction charges, for which jj17 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Player has completed the applicable Verification Document requirements. Submitting accurate and up-to-date verification materials promptly will avoid delays.
5.1 All bets placed on jj17 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or Fortune Bingo — as published on the respective product pages. In the event of conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules will prevail for the matter in question.
5.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jj17 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Acceptance is confirmed by the display of a bet reference number in the Player's account.
5.3 jj17 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; (b) it was placed using a technical error in the odds or game configuration; (c) it was placed in a manner that constitutes Restricted Activity under Section 7.
5.4 In-play betting markets on the jj17 sportsbook (including cricket and basketball) may be suspended or closed at any time by jj17 in response to live match events. Bets placed before a market suspension are honoured; bets placed during a suspension are void.
5.5 Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted by jj17 at its discretion, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
6.1 jj17 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible Players. Each Bonus is subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific Bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonuses offered on jj17:
6.3 Players who are found to be exploiting Bonus offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other accounts, or systematic low-risk hedging strategies — are in breach of these Terms. jj17 will void the relevant Bonuses and may suspend the account.
Players who have applied for self-exclusion, set a deposit limit, or enrolled in a responsible gaming cooling-off period are not eligible to receive Bonus offers for the duration of those active controls.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jj17 Platform. A Player found to have engaged in any Restricted Activity may have their account suspended immediately, their balance forfeited pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Players whose accounts are flagged by these systems may be required to provide additional verification and may have their withdrawal processing temporarily suspended during review.

8.4 jj17 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Where jj17 has reason to believe a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all balances frozen, and the matter escalated for investigation.
9.1 All content on the jj17 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, interface designs, text, data, and audio-visual elements — is the property of jj17 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or redistributing any Platform content; reverse-engineering or decompiling any Platform software; or using any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jj17.
9.3 The jj17 name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of jj17. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj17 excludes all liability for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data; or any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
10.2 jj17's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jj17 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability. jj17 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by jj17's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jj17.
Gambling Risk: All forms of gambling carry an inherent risk of financial loss. By using jj17, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. jj17 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.
11.1 jj17 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
11.2 jj17 collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, including identity verification data (CNIC), payment information, betting history, and session data. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming obligations.
11.3 jj17 will not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by jj17's licensing obligations.
12.1 jj17 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a notice on the Platform homepage and, where an email address is registered on the account, by email, at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.
12.2 Continued use of the jj17 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date. Any real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method.
12.3 The version of these Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises will govern that dispute, regardless of any subsequent amendments.
13.1 jj17 is operated under an international gaming regulatory framework. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj17 holds its gaming licence. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13.2 Pakistani players access jj17 on a personal responsibility basis. It is each Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and obligations applicable to them in Pakistan and in their specific location.
13.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
13.4 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jj17 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings.
